Orange and Grapefruit
Pink grapefruit segments
Dilute the orange juice with some ginger beer and a little water if you so desired, then three quarter fill an iceblock mould with the fruited segments and pour over the orange mixture to the top, place stick in and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
Coconut, pineapple and mango
Mango, peeled and diced
Pineapple, peeled and sliced into small strips
Arranged the fruit into the moulds, add a little chopped mint, and then top with the milk. Place the stick in the centre and freeze for 3-4 hours.
STRAWBERRY AND BLUE BERRY ICED JELLY
Fresh Blue berries
Make the strawberry jelly as per instructions then fill the moulds adding sliced strawberries and blue berries until full, add the sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours.
Ginger beer to taste
Sugar to taste
Make lemonade by warming the water with some lemon zest, and a little sugar, remove from the heat and add the juice of the lemons. Strain and pour some into your moulds then fill up with a selection of fruit, add the stick and freeze for 3-4 hours.
